Susan, Professionally, I have been a Realtor since 2001. I have my CRS (Certified Residental Specialist), CBR (Certified Buyers Rep), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designations, and CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist). I keep updated with classes, and networking to keep my selling clients updated with all the lasted marketing tools and websites there are. As a CHMS, I also enjoy helping my selling clients by organizing, purging, and staging their homes for sale. I keep updated on the MLS, and all the websites to keep my buying clients updated on all real estate that fits their needs. The Home Buying and Selling process is one of the most stressful events in a person's life. I try to make it as stress free as possible by giving my clients one-on-one personal attention and helping them through every moment of the buying or selling process. The relationship is never over it only changes from professional to a personal friendships.
Susan, Personally, I have lived in Newton since 1984. My husband Gary and I, along with our family of 3 children and 2 dogs, have bought and sold many homes in Newton, so I know the moving process.
